SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business* days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.  Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

Shipping is to be paid by the buyer (unless order qualifies for Free Shipping). All orders $75+ will automatically receive free shipping at checkout. Should an issue arise, we will work with you to resolve any issues with shipping/lost packages/damages!

*Due to supply chain issues manufacturing and shipping delays may occur and result in items being shipped out within 8-10 business days from order placement.

International Shipping

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Lucky Birds is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
